She cheered for both her middle school and high school teams where she served as Captain and Co-Captain respectfully. For three years, Carolyn competed with Lincoln High School’s Co-Ed squad where they placed 1st in State and traveled to competitions all over the Southeast. Carolyn also has extensive coaching and choreography experience. In college, she organized, choreographed and competed with her sorority in the Cheers for Charity Fundraiser placing 4th. As an instructor for Cheerleading Technique Camps, she traveled the United States working with cheerleaders of all ages and athletic abilities focusing on technique, safety and fun! For two years she judged competitions for The American Championships at the same time coaching and choreographing for local school teams. She is AACCA (American Association of Cheerleading Coaches & Administrators) certified and a Florida State University graduate. Carolyn is excited and is looking forward to the upcoming season with Premier!

Erin Yonke / All-Star Cheer Coach

Erin Yonke started gymnastics at the age of 5 in Tampa, FL. She competed throughout the years and was an outstanding gymnast in the State of Florida and on the National Level. Erin left gymnastics at the age of 12 to start Competitive Cheerleading for The Florida Wildcat All stars. Her team competed across the nation in Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville, Las Vegas, New York, and all across Florida. Erin was a standout cheerleader, and even competed on a Senior Level 5 team at NCA Nationals at the age of 13. Her team has won 3 National Titles, and multiple state and regional awards. Erin also started working at Lightning City Gymnastics at the age of 14, teaching classes and many Cheerleading Camps. In High School, Erin made the Varsity Cheerleading Squad as a freshman, and became Captain her Senior Year. At Gaither High School, Erin was awarded "Best All-Around Cheerleader" her junior year, and her squad won the Hillsborough County's Competition in 2004. Unfortunately, Erin had a serious injury in 2007 which disabled her from pursuing a College Cheerleading Career. She was asked to be on NCA Staff, to compete in Worlds for the outstanding gym of Brandon Allstars, and was sought out by the FSU Cheerleading Coach. Since High School, Erin has competed with her [winning] Sorority squad for Cheers 4 Charity and on the Gym Force Open team. She has been coaching the Premier Athletics of Wakulla for almost 2 years now, and thoroughly enjoys the work.
